Raspberry Lime cheesecake

There is something about baking that calms me, and something about creating food that both looks and tastes delicious that gives me satisfaction.

         I baked two cakes for my man's birthday (partly in the case one didn't turn out, I'd have a back up but also because I simply wanted to). The second was a triple chocolate cake. The top layer didn't turn out as perfect as it could have. But despite it melting down the side, the taste was the perfect melt-in-your-mouth that I was hoping for.
